A great result for Clover Design for this landmark site and the beginning of an important development including extensions and residential refurb that will make quite a visual impact amongst the sea-front houses at Roedean. A result made possible by a close collaboration with Simon Bareham at Lewes Planning.
But don’t expect another grey box!
“Remodelling residential refurb of existing dwellinghouse comprising the erection of two-storey front extension and first-floor side and rear extensions. Roof alterations incorporating roof extensions including front gable end extension with front, side and rear dormers to facilitate extension of second floor. Conversion of garage into habitable space, revised fenestration including balconies to first floor front elevation and addition of a central full-height glazed entrance way on the front elevation with associated works.”
