Your architect’s drawings can very rarely reveal what the eventual look of your home will be. With multiple design tools we can manage your expectations and give you a precise idea of what your home will look like after the works are complete.
The photo realistic visualisation here, a kitchen physically completed January 2020, is achieved after 2d drawings have been finalised to determine precisely the layout you need. There are multiple options for you and we can work up a design without visiting the property as long as the initial survey drawings are accurate (done by your local technical draughtsperson, architect or even your own plans if you’re sure they’re dimensionally correct).

Most extensions in the UK do not require planning permission under new rules that have relaxed the process.
The drawings produced here for a large rear extension in Hove were designed by Dominic, in house, and then finally drawn up by a technical draughtsperson; an architect wasn’t required for either the drawings or the permitted development submission.
